- We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new outlet boutique in Las Rozas, Madrid, and we are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead this dynamic project for a temporary period of 1 year. This is a unique opportunity to manage a boutique that embodies the essence of our luxury brand while driving the store’s performance and client engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Strategy**: Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the store is a destination for client engagement and brand connection. You will take full ownership of the store’s commercial success.
**Client Experience**: Deliver an exceptional client experience at all times. Implement clienteling strategies to build, engage, and retain a loyal client base, focusing on both local and international customers. Ensure the boutique reflects the high standards of our brand in every interaction.
**Team Leadership & Development**: Lead, motivate, and coach your team to excel in delivering superior client service and achieving store goals. You will be responsible for fostering a positive, collaborative work environment, managing performance, and ensuring continuous professional development for your team.
**Store Operations & Product Management**: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and product rotation. Ensure that store processes align with company policies and local regulations, and that the boutique is always beautifully presented and operationally efficient.
**Brand Ambassador**: As the face of the brand in Las Rozas, you will act as an ambassador for the Maison, representing its values, aesthetics, and high standards both within the boutique and externally in client interactions.
**What We Are Looking For**:
Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
A passion for client engagement, with a talent for building lasting relationships and loyalty.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and operational skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both with the team and external stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail in maintaining store image and visual merchandising standards.
