**Your role**:The Site-Account Engineer (all genders) acts as the focal link between our Global Healthcare Operations Manufacturing Sites and the Global Engineering and Technology Organization. You will collaborate with your local site counterparts, usually the head of the local Engineering & Maintenance teams, in all engineering aspects and aid in the development of engineering topics originating from our Global Asset and Technology Management system. This involves coordinating the deployment of global engineering systems, such as the Maintenance Management System and Digital Plant Transformation, and supporting the sites in Capex Management, including budgeting and project execution. Additionally, you will lead a global Technical Expert Network in your area of expertise and be the primary point of contact for this topic in Global Healthcare Operations for all sites within the network. The position could be located at one of our manufacturing sites in Spain (Tres Cantos or Mollet) or at our headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany.
**Who you are**:
- Master's Degree in Engineering would be preferred, ideally with a background in Biotechnology.
- You have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience within the Engineering function, with a strong focus on GMP being a plus. Expertise in Biotech Drug Substance manufacturing is preferred.
- You possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- You have a high ability to interact with all hierarchy levels in a matrix organization.
- Business-fluent Spanish and English skills are required, with German skills being preferred.
- You are accustomed to travelling to the sites for which you will be responsible, accounting for approximately 30% of your time.
