As a **Senior Product Director - iGaming (Online Casino)** at our **client's **company, we expect you to be responsible for the:
- Driving the strategic development and execution of our product roadmap, with a strong focus on CRM, CMS, Back Office, Product Analytics, Retention, Promo Management, Bonus, and Loyalty functionalities
- Translating business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Develop products according to market needs
- Support product initiatives at all stages. Develop product and functional requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements. Open and monitor the execution of tasks
- Manage product UX/UI and use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize product performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive product development and execution
- Manage, develop, and improve all aspects of the product
- Monitor, analyze, and manage product metrics (financial, conversion, gaming) and sales funnels
- Manage the bonus and loyalty systems, continually enhancing functionality to increase customer engagement and retention
- Design and implement robust retention processes, focusing on customer segmentation, timing, and personalized offers, and work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted retention campaigns that maximize customer lifetime value
- Create documentation. Introduce Benchmarks, both industry’s and company’s
- Manage and develop product teams (CMS, SRM, Retention team)
**Required skills**:
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry
- Strong and proven product development track record
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with A/B testing, post-analysis of split results
