Moosa Bay is the new beach restaurant located in Elviria. We offer hospitality, quality, and comfort. We ensure that our customers feel at home.
As part of our team, the waiter/waitress will be responsible for making customers feel welcome, well-attended, and pampered, while maintaining organization, hygiene, and efficiency in the work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Active listening to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- The waiter/waitress will take orders, advise, and make suggestions about our menu.
- Basic knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation of dishes and drinks to make recommendations to customers.
- Ability to respond to questions about food allergies and dietary preferences.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during high-demand situations.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team (chefs, floor supervisors, and other waitstaff).
- Willingness to support and help other team members when needed.
- Ability to manage multiple tables at once without compromising service quality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs efficiently.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.
- Commitment to cleanliness and order in the workspace, always maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Assistance with the opening and closing of the restaurant.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in restaurants (years).
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Punctuality and reliability to ensure shifts are covered smoothly.
- Flexibility in working hours:

- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as the nature of the hospitality industry requires high flexibility.
