**Your Role**

We are looking for a strategic **Senior Brand Manager** to manage our leading Brand at a global level. Your aim will be to drive company growth by increasing market share and Brand reputation at a global level. with a customer centric approach. You will be joining a multicultural team in Affinity’s Petcare HQ in Barcelona.

**What you will do**
- You will follow and identify consumer trends and monitor closely what the competition around the world is doing.
- You will define and execute the global long term strategy for your brand
- You will lead exciting transformational projects such as communication plans, innovation, and brand relaunch.
- You will co-pilot our digital transformation, leading our branded content strategy, CRM, and media plans.
- You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with your key markets (Spain, France, Italy) to help them develop and execute their annual plans.
- You will monitor the performance of your brand (sell in, sell out, consumer data, consumer research) to find potential business opportunities.

**What we are looking for**
- +5 years of experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG industry
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Experience in marketing through all leverages: product development, media activation plans, pricing and point of sales activities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activities
- Experience in leading managing and delivering multiple projects at a time
- English & Spanish required. Other languages such as French or Italian would be a plus
