**Data Quality Engineer**

**The Company**
The company was created in Nov 2015 as an external company to manage the organizational challenge required in such a transformation towards a customer-oriented model that incorporates data into the decision-making process and digitalization with the latest technologies.

The Hub is a multidisciplinary team (Creativity, Business Analyst, Designers, UX, data Engineers, Developers, etc.) with direct contact with the board, that works by Squads with an Agile working methodology.

**Who they are looking for**:
They are looking for a
**Data Quality Engineer** who will share their passion for excellence and continuous challenge. The DQ Engineer will be responsible for building analysis (requested or in discovery mode) to give insights to internal product ensuring data ecosystem, evaluating large datasets (identifying continuous data improvement), evangelizing the quality as a must for all the company, and ensuring the robustness of the Data as a product. This position requires analytic abilities, meticulousness, a strong aptitude for data analysis and being able to work in a multidisciplinary group.

**General skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Deep understanding of data relation and data manipulation

Python and Pyspark proven development experience

Experience with Git

Knowledge of quality functions like cleansing, standardization, parsing, deduplication, mapping, hierarchy management, etc.

Proficiency with SQL for creating/modifying queries

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, to work across a variety of teams, highly detail-oriented, strong problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

Fluency in English

**Extra points**:
Knowledge on forecasting models and time series analysis

Knowledge of data warehousing tools (structured or not structured)

Experience with NoSQL and BigData systems

Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools

Previous experience with Cloud environment (Azure is a plus)

Previous experience with DataBricks
