As a BI Analyst, you will be providing data to the business on an ad-hoc or regular basis. You should be able to quickly extract data using either SQL or visualize it in Power BI. You preferably have a financial or mathematical background and understand how Fintech companies work. You are eager to collaborate with people from different departments and gain a good business and technical understanding of the data you will be working with.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Use Power BI to create dashboards and visualize data
- Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models in Azure to transform raw data into relevant insights
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Query the database in order to quickly provide insights and address operational data requests
- Analyze complex data sets. Perform data profiling to identify anomalies
- Suggest improvements based on data from both technical and operational points of view

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proficient SQL user
- Reporting and data visualization skills
- Good knowledge of visualization and data modelling with PowerBI or Tableau
- Understanding of Python, plus Panda libraries with large-scale, complex datasets
- At least 2 years of experience as a BI Analyst or a similar role
- A lot of the communication will be in English
