**Customer Care Agent (m/w/d)**
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Betreuung unserer internationalen Kurz
- und Langzeitgäste
- Telefonische und digitale Beratung und Vermietung an Neukunden
- Bearbeitung von Reservationsanfragen und Kundenrückmeldungen
- Remote Problemlösung mit unserem operativen Team in der Schweiz
- Administrative Kontrollaufgaben
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagements im administrativen Bereich
**Dein Profil**:
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1), weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständiger und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit unseren Gästen
- Hohes Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Team
- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du beherrschst die Microsoft Programme (Outlook, Excel und Word) sowie das Zehnfingersystem
- Du bist flexibel und ehrgeizig und behältst auch in schwierigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
- Bereitschaft zum Leisten von nächtlichem Pikettdienst unter der Woche und Wochenendarbeit im wechselnden Turnus

- Brutto 21.000 Euro im Jahr für eine 60% Stelle mit 1065 Jahresstunden
- 3-4 Tageswoche, wechselnde Schichten mit den Kollegen, inklusive Wochenende
