**You will be a key**piece** of the team**Your tasks will be:

- Support Growth and Strategy projects:

- Perform and optimize trend observatory searches. Manage and monitor benchmark reports of national and international competitors in strategic topics.
- To search for innovation trends in relation to the company's business units.
- Support tasks related to the redefinition of strategy in the different business units.
- Support in tasks related to initiatives developed for the management of the innovation portfolio.
- Support the calculation of indicators for portfolio budget management.
- Participate in Artificial Intelligence and Automation projects that support Growth Strategy:

- Perform analysist of suppliers AI capabilities (consultancy companies, start-ups, others).
- Support the scouting of business and transversal functions needs and pain points.
- Participate in trials, testing and PoC of AI projects either by leading projects with suppliers or as co-developer of the solution.

**Our** ideal**profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, or similar.
- Analytical and mathematical skills.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, ability to propose solutions to complex problems.
- Knowledge of IA technology (ChatGPT, Gemini, open-source models), cloud technology (Azure and/or GCP), low-code technology (Power Automate)
- Advanced user level in MS Office 365.
- High level of English (C1).
