Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Representative Agent for an incoming agency in Tenerife.
The main responsibilities are:
- Support our customers in their problems or queries through a contact telephone number.
- Meet and greet to all clients when arrive to the destination airport.
- Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office.
- Team work skill is a must.
- Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.
- Own vehicle
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Native or advanced level of English, Dutch and German is necessary.
- Flexible working schedule.
