We are a leading beauty distribution company seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team on an initial 3-month contract based in our Barcelona office.
We specialise in bringing top-quality beauty products to the market and pride ourselves on staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of social media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, seeding, community engagement, and assets. This is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for beauty and social media to make a meaningful impact on our wide variety of brand's online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Focus on managing large seeding campaigns with support from the PR and Communications team.
- Developing creative campaigns with our brands targeting best influencers for each
- Creating and sharing best in class content (assets) for our brand partners for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor and coordinate our assets and the seeding process, selecting appropriate content and social media channels linked to trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.
- Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and other content creators to collaborate on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with Communications and Trade Marketing teams on research, store visits and asset development.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Passion for the beauty industry/make-up
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Note: This is a fixed-term contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
