We are looking for an **Ecosystem Team Lead Imunología (Este España)** who is **analytical with strong communication and leadership skills**, to join us in our Immunology team, based in **Madrid or East of Spain.**

**About the role**

As the Ecosystem Lead, you will develop and execute tailored strategies to achieve strategic goals such as building partnerships with health ecosystem stakeholders, securing optimal access, leading in patient segments, and driving franchise growth and profitability. You will orchestrate all activities of the Local Patient Value Unit in line with key value drivers and be responsible for Healthcare Provider Partners, coordinating indirectly with roles like Medical Science Liaisons and Payer Partners. You will demonstrate cross-functional leadership, ensuring team alignment and coordination with other units to link strategic targets to patient value. Additionally, you will be required to travel frequently across the cities of eastern Spain.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will lead a team of 7 commercial professionals with collaborative and teamwork spirit. You will collaborate with external stakeholders as well, including Heads of Clinics, Hospital Directors, Payers & Chief Pharmacists.

**What you’ll do**
- You will demonstrate motivational, inclusive leadership enabling joint accountability of all team members.
- You will coach, train, and develop team members with Medical Strategy Lead collaboration.
- You will develop strategic patient value plans based on ecosystem insights and priorities.
- You will ensure excellent execution of plans and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- You will stay updated on business, clinical, healthcare funding, and policy issues.
- You will lead by example to ensure compliance and develop talent to meet strategic needs.

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare required; advanced degrees preferred.
- 5+ years of healthcare-related sales, marketing, or field medical experience preferred.
- Demonstrate engaging cross-functional leadership aligned with UCB's Patient Value Strategies.
- Deep insight into relevant healthcare systems, balancing short and long-term objectives for growth.
- Credible understanding of therapeutic areas, including clinic, payer, and policy interactions.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, strong customer focus, with a strong knowledge of Spanish.
