Machine Learning Engineer

At M47 we are all about pushing boundaries and going one step beyond in everything we do and we are currently looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to bring their expertise and insights to develop our data annotation strategies, built in libraries and pre-trained state-of-the-art ML models. You will be working with a small cross-functional and agile team experimenting with NLP technologies to improve the functionality of our Data Annotation Platform and support our clients with the development of their own ML Models.

**About your day-to-day**:

- Design, plan and implement AdHoc ML projects.
- Identify and implement state-of-the-art ML models.
- Define a develop Active Learning and Weak Supervision methodologies to optimize data labeling for model training.
- Lead with ML best practices and tools.
- Participate in roadmap decisions by bringing your in-depth understanding of success metrics of ML products.

**This is for you if you have**:

- Working proficiency in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
- +3 years of experience working with Machine Learning (E2E)
- Very good coding knowledge in Python as well as proficiency with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining MLOps cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with data pre-processing and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of Data Quality Assurance techniques.
- Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) techniques and ML model auditing.
- Ability to understand and explain complex machine learning models.
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- An academic background (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related fields, or equivalent experience

**You will hit the ground running if you have**:

- Programming skills in.NET.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
