How can you contribute?_**

**We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our IT Infrastructure Team based in Spain as a part of our Eurofins NSC Spain Division. In the role, you will be responsible for the execution and implementation of the IT strategy and vision at Eurofins by supporting various regional or global IT projects.**

As an **IT Infrastructure Project Manager** at Eurofins, you will:

- Manage IT transformation/integration/segregation projects:

- Delivery of IT Infrastructure services to newly acquired Eurofins businesses, startups, and other internal customers;
- Migration/replacement of IT systems and network;
- Computer and users migration;
- Deployment of new IT solutions;
- Manage your project portfolio:

- Define scope;
- Plan the execution of actions, book the resources, follow and respect the planning;
- Establish and respect budgets;
- Manage and monitor project risks;
- Understand and take into consideration business needs;
- Ensure the smooth running of the project during the transition to production
- Communicate about your projects;
- Prepare presentation materials, lead COPROJ, COPIL and COTECH meetings with business or IT contacts and write up the minutes;
- Provide KPI's on the progress of your projects and follow the necessary escalations to respect the schedule and the budget;
- Produce/update all documents related to the scope of the mission;
- Coordinate the teams and service providers that need to be involved to complete your mission.
- Explain IT Infrastructure services as per IT Service Catalogue, IT Service Cards, and Key Group Documents;
- Act as interface between customers, local IT Infrastructure Transition Teams (Operations, Support etc.) and other stakeholders (Management, Global IT Transition Team etc.);
- Respect the rules and strategies of the Group, particularly in terms of Infrastructure, in the context of your projects;
- Participate in the transfer of knowledge to the operational teams;
- Maintain and improve good relations with the various contacts, business or IT;
- Participate in the continuous improvement and enhancement of processes and tools;
- Collect, analyze and challenge business needs.

**Qualifications**:

Are you our kind of extraordinary?_**
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT or similar;
- Proven experience in IT Project Management (3 yrs+), preferably in Infrastructure;
- Successful experience delivering results from international and geographically disparate teams, including both local and remote resources and contending for heavily utilized centralized resources;
- Project certification is appreciated;
- IT Quality Management Systems and/or Agile Frameworks is appreciated;
- Proven analytical, problem-solving skills and service-centric approach;
- Solution-oriented with self-initiative, out-of-the-box thinking and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to lead and coordinate multinational team members in a decentralized organization;
- Willingness to travel and work occasionally throughout Europe;
- Strong **English & Spanish** communication skills (written/oral) required. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
