**Job Purpose**:
Support the Operations department in administrative duties like maintaining employee records in different HR systems, maintaining time keeping tool and supporting the payroll specialist with admin tasks (letters & certificate preparation, contracts, reports, etc.).
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain & update employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Assist in payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) following given instructions and under payroll specialist supervision
- Prepare paperwork for new hiring (Contract, policies & clauses to be signed) & leavers (providing relevant information like vacation pending days)
- Manage and update time keeping tool
- Support in coordinating providers and checking invoices for Flex Salary management
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Degree in Labor Relations or FP Administrative desired
- Knowledge of labor legislation desired
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
