We are looking for a strong Data manager that can help us organize and structure our EMEA data resources and drive our initiatives to set in place a leading data analytics and business intelligence team.

Based in London or Barcelona at the FCM Lab, you will work for FCM EMEA, participating to the new initiative to build efficiency & content products tailored for our FCM agents.

YOUR MISSIONS

You will have the responsibility of the teams handling the data quality as well as the teams handling reporting & intelligence capabilities. To allow them to access the data & visualization tools, you will need to work with a team of developers & engineers to set in place the right set of databases.

You will as well collaborate with the Data scientist team, to deliver some of their developments to the regions. You will drive projects to deploy Global capabilities to all FCTG clients, Multinationals or nationals.

You have strong technical acumen and extensive experience in developing reporting, BI and data warehouse solutions. Experience in relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, and ETL techniques to deliver BI solutions in a Business environment with large-scale complex datasets.

You need to understand the travel industry, the set of data available and the customers’ priorities to guide the EMEA team in transforming the company's data into meaningful and useful information for business purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics and Data Engineering development experience
- 3+years of data architecture experience
- Proven experience with cloud platforms, more specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools with Power BI
- Advanced knowledge and expertise of SQL and Excel
- Knowledge and expertise of a scripting language(Python,R,etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of agile project managemen methodology
- Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners
