We are looking for a **Project Manager **to support the early-stage development of **offshore wind **projects in multiple geographies.

As a Project Manager, you will participate in the coordination and delivery of engineering services for offshore wind projects, which requires a comprehensive view of the offshore wind sector and multitasking and flexibility skills to pivot the participation in these services.

It is desirable previous experience in the development of proposals for offshore wind farms in Europe (on the side of the administration, developers/utilities, or contractors).

Key Accountabilities
- Management of offshore wind proposals and projects
- Support in the preparation of engineering proposals
- Develop site selection studies for offshore wind energy development
- Development of conceptual engineering during early phases of offshore wind developments
- Support in studies for port selection for offshore wind development
- Definition and planning of project permitting: management with environmental consultants and processing of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), preparation of documentation for Administrative Authorisation, etc.
- Definition and planning of development activities: engineering in its different phases, contracting of field studies and preparation of the EIA, coordination of specific studies (e.g., fishing).
- Support the preparation and coordination of documentation to successfully participate in future offshore wind auctions.
- Support in delivering engineering services for offshore wind projects

Required Education and Professional Experience
- At least 8 years of professional experience, of which at least three (3) in offshore wind energy, with a deep understanding of technical and economical matters.
- Experience working in other European Countries will be viewed favorably.

Required Knowledge & Hard Skills
- Knowledge and experience in the offshore wind energy sector
- Good understanding of the technical aspects and challenges of offshore wind
- International experience and familiarity with a number of European markets
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is required, and additional European languages are preferred.
