**About the role**.

As Treasury & Payables Manager, you will lead the execution and control of treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, reliability, and scalability in all payment and cash flow processes.

Working closely with the CFO and FP&A Manager, you will manage banking relationships, optimize working capital, and contribute to the implementation of best-in-class treasury systems.

This role combines hands-on operational work with a clear focus on continuous improvement and process automation. You’ll also be expected to coordinate the junior analyst and ensure alignment between treasury operations and the company’s broader financial strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily cash position and short-term liquidity management.
- Execute and supervise payments to suppliers, payroll, taxes, and financial obligations.
- Maintain and strengthen banking relationships, negotiating fees and credit conditions.
- Lead the treasury reporting process: cash flow forecasting, dashboards, and liquidity KPIs.
- Coordinate with FP&A to align cash flow forecasts with financial planning and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with treasury controls, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Act as the main contact for payment-related queries from internal teams and external vendors.
- Drive improvements in treasury processes, promoting automation and standardization.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle NetSuite and other financial tools.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Treasury & Payments Analyst.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience leading treasury, cash management, or finance operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms).
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to the implementation of financial tools and automation.
- Strong command of cash flow forecasting, payment execution, and liquidity optimization.
- Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT) and banking platforms.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel; knowledge of treasury dashboards or BI tools is a plus.
