**Job Summary**
As the Manager - Partners, you will be a key member of TSG’s Operations team and will report directly to the Head of Growth and Operations (HGO). The Manager: Partners will be responsible for all aspects of this function including managing and growing the TSG partner portfolio, ensuring high quality work product from our outsource providers and source new partners as we expand our global coverage model.
The Manager - Partners is expected to work across the organization, but especially with each of the Regional Managers as well as the Manager: Editorial and will also need to collaborate with the TSG Support Functions including HR, IT and Finance, working with the Head of Support on the delivery of relevant initiatives in the region. There will also be close collaboration required with the Head of Client Management and Business Development
**Role and Responsibilities**
The Manager - Partners will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of managing TSG’s global partner portfolio, including:
- Develop and manage existing and new partner relationships, as related to TSG’s products and solutions in support of TSG’s business strategy.
- Drive innovation in the delivery and engagement of TSG’s partners.
- Ensure the ongoing quality of TSG’s partner contribution/work product utilized in TSG product delivery.
- Develop and manage a quality measurement and review process for the TSG vendors and create insightful reporting for the TSG Executive Management Committee.
- Grow the TSG partner community, including in locations where coverage needs to be expanded or created.
- Ensure and manage effective cooperation with the editorial team, regional delivery teams and other company departments.
- Develop and grow vendor relationships.
**Qualifications, Skills & Education Requirements**
- At least six years of experience in delivering due diligence projects.
- A university degree in business, international relations, political science, law or legal studies or other relevant studies.
- Work Experience and Networks in the due diligence industry and with managing and overseeing partner entities.
- Solid project management skills and diverse industry experience.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop stable business relationships with both external and internal and external stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to drive and manage change.
- Experienced in working at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a partner network.
- Familiar with compliance advisory areas and due diligence research practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Availability to travel.
Pay: From 3,920.81€ per month
