Company Description

Adevinta is seeking a talented corporate finance professional to lead its Capital Markets team on
a global basis. You will serve as a trusted partner to the VP Corporate Finance & Risk on capital
raising activities, liability management, relationship with lenders and rating agencies. You will
oversee and manage financial risk exposure and implement appropriate hedging strategies. You
will work to drive continuous improvements, scalability and operational excellence in hedging
processes and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support funding efforts and management of the capital structure.
Interface with lenders and rating agencies.
Provide the best-in-class advisory in respect of financial risk management.
Build processes & reporting mechanisms to effectively monitor and hedge exposures.
Advise the top management on available refinancing options.
Stay up to date with financial markets activity and share knowledge with key stakeholders.
Maintain and update the group’s financial policy.
