Nuestro equipo de Digital Hub crece y con éste queremos incorporar una persona responsable de E-commerce B2B Digital Marketing Manager reportando al B2B Ecom Manager.

La posición estará basada en las oficinas centrales de Barcelona (Viladecans).

**TUS RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- ** ESTRATEGIA PLAN CRECIMIENTO PLATAFORMA ECOM B2B**:

- Definición Plan encaminado a conseguir crecimiento de una plataforma propia de Ecom B2B con métricas claves tales como: usuarios, registro, compra, recompra, conversión, abandono, Crecimiento online vs offline.
- Ui/UX: plan de optimización y mejora experiência de usuario final de la plataforma.
- ** ESTRATEGIA Y PLAN MKT DIGITAL**
- Planificación y creación estrategia y plan de MKT digital des de una doble perspectiva: Crecimiento Plataforma & Activación negocio AFH dentro de ella.
- Coordinación del plan y la estrategia con los equipos de Trade Marketing de AFH/operator teams y con el responsable de PA Customer Development.
- Coordinación con Ecom Perfect execution Manager para asegurar implantación de planes OTIF.
- Planificación, ejecución y optimización estrategia y planes de MKT automation
- ** SEGUIMIENTO Y OPTIMIZACIÓN PLAN MKT DIGITAL PLATAFORMA**
- Adaptación y definición de planes futuros basados en data driven marketing (Learning e insights, datos que optimicen futuras campañas) de la mano de Agencia, Perfect execution and Data team.
- Optimización de las campañas de Media Performance trabajando en conjunto con las agencias de Media y Creativa. (definición KPI claves y performance continuo de estas métricas)
- ** ESTRATEGIA Y COORDINACIÓN CON EQUIPO DE MKT DIGITAL DE LAS CATEGORÍAS**:

- Punto de contacto e-commerce para los equipos de MKT digital y transformación de Ice Cream and Unilever Food Solutions.
- Co-creación y coordinación de estrategias que cubran todo el journey/funnel del shopper.
- ** OUTCOMES que persigues**:

- Crecimiento de la plataforma y sus principales métricas
- Maximización funnel conversión a ventas de la plataforma

**LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO**:

- Contar con experiência de mínimo 4 años en planificación y ejecución de campañas de medios.
- Capacidad analítica
- Capacidad de síntesis y comunicación
- Conocimiento de métricas de e-commerce y performance
- Google Analytics y plataformas de paid media.
- Capacidad analítica, visión de consumidor/shopper y manejo de agencias
- Idiomas: nível avanzado en inglés y castellano
