**Requirements**:
We need a full-time lead manager with pleasant good telephone technique, good writing and social skills.
Applicant Requirements:
- Live in Mallorca already and have the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residencia/TIE/SS number).
- Fluent English, German and Spanish, additional languages are a plus.
- Manage all office tasks e.g., order supplies, attend to clients.
- Manage property content by administering documents for property owners and consultants, lawyers etc.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft tools.
- Ability to prioritize is essential whilst always maintaining the highest standards.
- Willingness to work on weekends and after office hours.
- Proactive approach to all tasks.

We offer full-time employment with a fixed salary.
Desirable:
- Knowledge about Mallorca.
- Own vehicle.
- Some experience in the real estate business would be useful but is not essential since you can learn on the job.
