Service Technician

**Your mission**
- Test, validate, install, commission, and supervise Block Override solar inverter stations according to specifications
- Resolve technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead root cause analysis
- Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main contact between customers and Block Override
- Lead operational processes for health & safety, quality, schedule, and cost in service business
- Coordinate with contractor site management to ensure compliance with Block Override procedures and track stock/ service costs
- Oversee replacement of parts and manage service tasks with partners

**Your profile**
- Product knowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and modules, with business process experience
- Experience working on-site in various weather and environmental conditions
- Adheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel extensively (at least 70% of the time)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
