**ATOM Introduction**
Additive Manufacturing (AdM) is the most rapidly growing and highest-value market segment of the global powder metallurgy industry.
ArcelorMittal has recently decided to enter the market of ferrous powders for additive manufacturing. With the ATOM project, ArcelorMittal will build an industrial scale powder atomisation facility and establish a specific stand-alone business unit to commercialise the production of 1000 tonnes per year.
**MISSION**
Reporting directly to the plant manager, the role will have responsibility for the maintenance of this new (one-of-its-kind) facility, in order to assure the working condition of the facility to be able to produce with safety and with the quality required for the process.
This position will be based in the Asturias region of Spain.
**YOUR ROLE**
- Define the preventive mechanical maintenance plan in the facility defining and implementing the working procedures in order to assure the working condition of the facility
- Lead the maintenance works
- Organize and supervise and validate the execution of maintenance operations
- Guarantee the safety of workers and sub-contractors in the maintenance operation
- Management of mechanical spare parts. (definition of critical items, management of stock)
- Collaborate in the operation to certification of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001 and 14001; OSHAS 18001)
- Minimal travel
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Sciences; Masters level a plus
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience in mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of SAP
- Results oriented person with a strong focus on delivery and ability to work collaboratively across multiple and diverse teams, functional areas and job levels
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels of an organization
- Relationship skills: Able to adapt approach to different level of people and to different levels of expectations and to communicate with them effectively
- Proficient in Spanish and English
