Summer 2025 Internship - Project Coordinator, Strategy Operations (EMEA)

This role is a hybrid role (at least 3 days a week in the office), based in our Barcelona office.

**About the Role**:
You will gain hands-on experience as a member of the Strategy Operations team (within the Technology Operations team) focusing on project management tasks and employee engagement initiatives that provide meaningful business value.

In this role, you will act as an internal day-to-day contact, enabling you to learn what it takes to execute a project from start to finish and how to communicate and build relationships effectively with cross-functional partners. This role will provide the opportunity to have exposure to Data, Product, Operations, Engineering and Design & Research across the Technology team allowing you to support process efficiency and engagement of teams across the organization.

**You Will**:
+ Assist teams with requirements gathering, documentation and status reporting

+ Support the coordination of key participants and drive assignments through to completion

+ Prepare for and facilitate efficient meetings by providing agendas, objectives, goals and action items

+ Summarize, communicate, and distribute meeting notes/next steps, immediately following critical meetings

+ Communicate across multiple departments regarding progress of projects, timelines, and challenges

+ Own special projects as requested by the Head of Strategy Operations

+ Coordinate with key stakeholders as required to deliver training support for logistics as requested.

+ Support the wider team by keeping documentation updated for process enhancement, learning and communication initiatives. Help identify blockers and mitigate risks that might impact on delivery and provide regular status updates as required.

+ Support the preparation of the monthly Technology newsletter and support the send of the weekly communication, liaising with stakeholders on timely delivery.

**You Have**:
+ Completed at least 2 years towards your Bachelor’s degree

+ High energy, ambition, and are an organized individual with strong communication skills

+ The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and are a quick learner

+ Strong listening skills with ability to quickly summarize meeting minutes and action items

+ Good public speaking and presentation skills
