Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Retail Sales Assistant will dedicate 50% of its time to manage Sales Department Administrative tasks, and the other 50% to support the Sales Team through analysis, reporting and facilitating the proper execution of Customer plans and bring our Customer engagement to the next level.

Retail Sales Assistant will be the link person between Iberian Key Account Managers and Mediterranean Marketing Team.

**Your missions**:
**Market knowledge**
- You develop and maintain a good level of knowledge of customers in Retail & share with the team information about the market, competition and their products.
**Sales Activities**
- You are the key support person for the Key Account Managers, supporting them in the preparation of meetings, promotional planning, assortment of the customer portfolio,
- You support the Sales Team with the implementation of promotional and visibility plans in Top Customers, assisting to meetings with customers when needed.
- You participate in monthly meetings with sales manager and the sales team.
**Marketing & Quality support**
- You increase awareness of McCain brand via trade presentation giving update of the market, new launch and strategy of the company.
- You support the quality team contacting directly customers for quality complains and certificates.
**Reporting activities**
- You will ensure that customer invoicing is in line with the budget requirement by tracking customer invoices: principally invoices related to the commercial agreement as well as promotional invoices.
- You monthly analysis and reporting of Internal and External available data.
- You share information and support on Credit and Accounts Receivable Management, sales support and customer administration in order to solve credit and payment issues.
**Your profile**:

- Bachelors or Master degree in Economics/Business Administration with strong Commercial Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Trade Marketing department in a FMCG company
- Fluent in both Spanish & English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem solving skills and proactivity
- Excellent analytical skills and reporting experience
- Assortment management Knowledge
- Innovation launch experience
- Used to interact with Customers and Suppliers
- Collaborative, agile and displays strong interpersonal skills
