**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
You will be part of a talented team that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Qualified FR systems technicians will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Ensures the maximum of automation in the operation of the platform.
- solutions, and work with SRE/SMEs to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience with automation software (Ansible, Terraform)
- Solid scripting skills (shell scripts, Python, Perl, Ruby)
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows based environments.
- Experience working with ALM framework and its most representative tools (Jenkins/Jira/Nexus/Confluence/SonarQube/GitHub)
- Secret management (Hashicorp, KMS, gitsecrets)
- Public Cloud experience, preferably in AWS, Azure
- Experience with docker/kubernetes orchestration and security
