We are searching for a Field Marketing to drive sales, expansion of our product and service and brand awareness in **Spanish Market**. In this role, you will work with marketing HQ team as well as local sales team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business in this relevant market. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share, generate leads and increase sales and customer base.
To ensure success as a Field Marketing Manager, you should be skilled at optimizing business processes across all departments and able to tailor your solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. A top-notch Field Marketing is innovative, passionate, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:

- This person is the owner of the Spanish market and responsible to Revenue, Costs and % Cost of Sales of the market
- You are totally aligned with Regional Sales Manager and both strategies flow in the same direction
- Defines and Executes a Regional Marketing Strategy based in ABM
- B2B event marketing
- Coordinates with Inside Sales what Accounts will be pursued by them
- Public Relations & Communication (Identifying main Local / Industry Publishers)
- Collaborating with channel partners (if they exist)
- Localized content
- Know all the competitors in the region
- Know the BPO database and knows in detail who accounts are being worked by whom (Sales) - Opportunities and which we need to follow - New client
- Identify companies with the profile defined as Target Account and identified persona to contact
- Study the companies and create clusters to define the approach to each company as customized as possible
- Responsible for keeping all databases updated - check points regularly with commercial to know any changes

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: *
- *

A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.*
- **A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role - ideally in the startup space.**:

- Knowledge of the local BPO / Contact Center market (Colombia, Peru and Mexico - LATAM) is considered a plus.
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Sales and goals oriented.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
- Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating and developing ABM strategies.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change.
- Strong business culture knowledge of the market (Colombia, Peru and Mexico - LATAM)
- **Fluent in English.** Knowledge of Portuguese is considered a plus
