The Finance Transformation Team is responsible for reimagining and reshaping how a company's finance function operates to become more agile, efficient, and strategically aligned with the business.
As a Finance Transformation Lead you will be a strategic thinker, a change champion, a technology enthusiast, and a collaborative leader, driving the finance function towards a more agile, efficient, and future-proof state. You will be reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager.
**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:
**SPAIN & PORTUGAL Project roadmap**:

- Collaborate with senior management to define the overall vision, objectives, and scope of the finance transformation program.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, deliverables and timelines.
- Orchestra change management and continuous improvement actions and undertaken training sessions if needed.

**Champion transformation within the finance teams**:

- Be the guardian of Simplicity: set the tone on ways of working, interacting and influencing within finance teams
- Finance Data champion: Identify and monitor data needs and being part of local data champions community.

**Finance System BPO**:

- Ensuring the alignment between P2P/R2R vision and Country.
- Incidents follow-up and raise demands in coordination with Zone team.
- Guarantee finance upskilling through workshops, trainings and playbook.

**Animate Finance Community**:

- Drive and communicate Vision 2030 together with the Finance transformation and CFO to the country finance teams through meetings, finance events or trainings.
- Animate a network of Champions/Key Users within the finance community to lead change in the country.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- At least 5 years of experience in finance.
- Leadership, communication, and relationship skills
- Good analytical and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of NEO
- Good organizational and project management skills: accustomed to working, meeting, and enforcing deadlines
- English Level (C1)
