**About the role**:

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, building, maintaining, and deploying AI products tailored to the needs of our clients while staying updated with the newest trends in AI solutions. Not only will you be leveraging your expertise in the domain of AI and Automation, but you will also have the opportunity to add value to our company and future offerings.

As a Data Scientist your responsibilities include:

- Be part of high-paced growing AI and Automation department and contribute ongoing/upcoming projects with us.
- Build, maintain, and deploy innovative in-house AI products tailored for our clients’ needs.
- Develop and launch new AI-related products to enhance our company’s offerings and market position.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide proof of concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) that demonstrate our capabilities.
- Work on client-facing projects, leveraging your data science skills to deliver impactful solutions and insights.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to refine product features and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the department.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the domain of AI and Automation Solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation in AI solutions.

On top of this, you must have the following competences:

- 3+ years of experience in Data Science role with a particular focus on ML, NLP and LLM
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.) and LangChain, Prompt Flow or similar libraries.
- Familiarity with at least of one of the cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools as well as NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., spaCy, NLTK).
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face transformers and models.
- Proficiency with version control systems.

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:

- Experience with ML-Ops practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Understanding of virtual machines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a high plus.
