Our foreign customer service teams, like our English teams, consist of specialist hosts who have knowledge and understanding of the customers within their specific regions. These highly skilled and professionally trained hosts deliver the same levels of service, but in multiple foreign languages. German, Dutch, Italian, French, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Greek, Russian, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese are among some of the many languages we sustain.

Purpose of Job:
This is a very exciting role within the growing Customer Support Department at Betway. Operating within the e-commerce industry, we provide excellent services to our international clients and their businesses. The core element of Betway are our people, as we recognize that the employees are the driving force of the business, hence we ensure that we employ individuals with high-potential allowing them to develop their career and themselves within the business. We are an international company with offices in Ceuta, Madrid, London, Portugal, Cape Town and Malta.

The diverse nature and culture of the company gives us the edge in a highly competitive market, thus making us an employer of choice in Ceuta. We are looking for 8 Customer Service Hosts to grow our Call Centre in Ceuta.

Due to the geographical locations we service, please note that this position entails shift work based on the requirements of the organization and its clients.

You will be responsible for:- Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment- Processing pertinent information into relevant databases- Customer relationship building & management- Problem solving tasks during shift- Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries- Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required

You will have:
- Spanish as home/first language essential- Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently)- Be available for shift rotations- Completed high school qualification.- 1 years’ work experience post qualification
