ADP is hiring an Integration Consultant. In this position you will implement the connectivity solution according to the ADP Product template, considering different client-specific scenarios and the local payroll requirements leveraging on the ADP Methodology guidelines. Following implementation according to the defined phases, adaption, and definition of the approach for test using test strategies according the ADP methodology is another key activity, considering all components impacting the connectivity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement GIC connectivity solution using Streamline Implementation Methodology and the ADP product
- Perform workshops to share the connectivity design and document solution including In Country Partner requirements.
- Lead Integration & Testing phase: support clients through the User Acceptance, Testing, data migration and Go-Live phases
- Liaise with clients and payroll partners throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase and provide any assistance required
- Detail analysis between systems to allow an appropriate use of standard integrators with Success Factors, Workday, Oracle and Enterprise eTime.
- Coordinate training delivery and when required update training manuals, prepare training systems and conducting training sessions
- Ensure timely handover to client services following ADP methodology
- Possess the highest level of HCM integration and payroll knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to ADP's clients
- Liaise with the Integration Project Manager assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur
- Escalate project issues to Integration Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages, and risks that may arise during the project
- Keep configuration worksheets, client-specific configuration documentation and training material up to date
- Liaise with internal groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that client's receive the highest levels of client service.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Configuration knowledge / consulting skills on HCM SAP.
- Basic Payroll consulting experience.
- Proven ability to lead Multi Country HR Payroll implementations.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching multiple resources
- Integration and data migration deep knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in experience and education
- 2 plus years of experience leading Payroll and/or HCM and/or Integration Implementations with direct client and executive leadership relationship management
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
