- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the Consumer Goods and Beauty industry.
- Experience building trusted relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders.
- International experience.
- Knowledge of Google-related advertising products.

**About the job**:
As an Industry Manager in Beauty and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), you will partner with global CPG clients and their agencies to identify their business challenges, develop digital strategies, and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop solid relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to transform client strategies regarding branding, measurement, and performance.
- Generate business opportunities by presenting Google products with structure, deep product understanding, and detailed execution plans.
- Develop business by creating and updating individual customer strategies, and utilizing your own understanding of customer business issues, objectives, and growth strategies.
- Build solid cross-functional relationships with other teams within Google.
