We are assembling a select, tight-knit group of individuals to join our company as a **Club Manager**, the first point of contact for our prestigious European club partners.

**What will you be doing?**

Clients:

- Play a crucial role in supporting our core operations, specifically in the preparation and execution of our cutting-edge digital perimeter signage systems during matchdays
- Consult and help your club to increase the return on investment of their commercial rightsholders by organising live workshops in their stadium
- Fulfil duties as a venue manager during the home matches of our partner clubs for both league as well as UEFA matches
- Support the business development team in acquiring new clubs for the AIM portfolio
- Improve the quality of work every day: staying focused, going further: being best with the best.

Colleagues:

- Collaborate closely with our international club management team to guide and accompany the matchday process actively
- Manage and lead on-site matchday crews ensuring the highest club satisfaction during national matches
- Support the brand business development team by improving the digital perimeter appearance of commercial partners at your clubs

**Who are you?**
- We offer a full-time position in our Madrid club management team, which is open to graduates with business, marketing, media, literature or legal degrees. Previous experience in football will be a plus.
- You are a **DUTCH native speaker** who is digitally savvy and has **excellent** communication skills in English (any additional language is a bonus)
- Highly intellectually curious yet think in a structured manner while maintaining a fine appreciation and respect for creative solutions.
- You have good business acumen reflected in qualities such as persistence and initiative.

- You have around 1 year of experience in professional sport industry (club/league). Previus experience in football will be a plus.
- You are graduated with business, marketing, media, or legal degrees. Master degree related to sports is an advantage.
- You are able to work with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Highly intellectually curious yet think in a structured manner while maintaining a fine appreciation and respect for creative solutions.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have good business acumen reflected in qualities such as persistence and initiative.
- You are Dutch speaker.
