We are looking for a **PR & Communications Manager Spain and Italy (f/m/d)** to join our Public Relations and Communications team at FREENOW.

An exciting new opportunity has opened up with FREENOW for an enthusiastic Public Relations and Communications Manager to join the Global PR and Communications team. Managing the Spanish and Italian markets you will play a key role in helping to position FREENOW as Europe's Mobility Super App in earned media and build brand awareness through public perceptions.

Reporting to the Global Head of PR & Communications you will support and collaborate with Global PR and local teams in Spain and Italy ensuring consistent and high levels of earned media engagement throughout the calendar year.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Support in the delivery of the Global PR strategy for FREENOW in Spain & Italy - with a special focus on earned media outreach, in close alignment with the company's Global PR concepts and local market priorities.
- Create clear, compelling, and engaging content such as press material, FAQs, holding statements, executive briefings and any other materials which are needed to ensure earned media coverage for the Spanish and Italian markets.
- Manage the local PR agencies in Spain and Italy to deliver top quality media coverage.
- Proactively propose and manage all local PR initiatives and activations in Spain and Italy to ensure a consistent pipeline of activity.
- Prepare and accompany the Senior Management Team for media interviews including briefings & media training
- Working cross functionally with local Marketing, Operations and Public Affairs teams to identify potential PR opportunities.
- Effectively measure and report against agreed KPI's on an ongoing basis.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Academic degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, agency or equivalent - preferably in a fast-moving environment
- A creative storyteller that can proactively identify opportunities to create earned media opportunities and owned content that can be shared widely
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities in a rapidly growing and changing working environment and delivering solutions where they count
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and influence teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Very high proficiency in English
- You're familiar with Google Services (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
