In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic operational initiatives to deliver commercial partnerships with resellers and distributors in the insurance, employee benefits and related sectors, globally. **_ Objectives_** We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Associate. As a Sales Operations professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be key in helping us achieve our sales targets and drive business growth. You will: - Be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales operations processes. - Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insightful analysis and recommendations. - Support sales enablement activities by identifying and developing opportunities for process improvements. **_Tasks_** - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making. - Generate sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and sales pipeline. - Support sales enablement activities by developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training materials, and conducting sales meetings. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and enable seamless sales processes. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. - Assist with contract administration, including reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Manage pricing and build proposals relevant to our client and partner network - Implement regular data hygiene practices by keeping the CRM up to date - Manage and organize the sales agenda and appointments **Requirements**: You are available for a full time role based in Spain with occasional travel, as required. **_Your attributes_** - Aligned with Abi's mission to make health services accessible to everyone, and comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with working in the Tech startup space - Strong interest in the latest technology innovations - Reliable, autonomous and efficient, and it shows in your time management skills - Enjoy travel and working in an international environment - People value your integrity, and they trust you to be true to your word - The startup world appeals to you as a professional choices **_Your skills & experience_** - 2-5 years in sales operations or a similar role. - Outstanding English communication skills both written and spoken. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Familiarity with sales processes and best practices. - Knowledge of sales enablement tools and methodologies is a plus. **Benefits** - **€28,000 - €35,000 **plus: - Work equipment after you complete probation (laptop, screen and peripherals) - Flexibility to manage your own time - Co-working allowance if you are not working from your home base - Quarterly on-site in Barcelona or Dublin with all travel expenses included - Private health insurance - Travel insurance - Classpass fitness membership wherever it applies - Training and development resources whenever necessary - A streaming service of your choice (Netflix, HBO, or Disney+ account) **_What else_** - You will work in a dynamic, international environment with colleagues, clients and partners from around the world. - You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and your career quickly and to establish yourself in a fast-growing company with global ambitions. - You will be able to offer your friends and family free access to the Abi medical micro-consultation service, and use it yourself.
