Objective and mission

Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities:
Scheduling:

- Launch orders in the ERP
- Monitor fulfillment of orders in accordance with the defined time slots
- Process blocked orders
- Support the sales administration teams to facilitate order processing
- Act as the team leader interface for order status

Warehouse management:

- Create inventories
- Correct inventory errors
- Schedule steel reinforcement orders
- Provide administrative monitoring of orders, and match them up with acknowledgments of receipt
- Handle stock withdrawal requests- Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
