We are offering you to join our team as a **Global Promotion Director.** **Main responsibilities**: - Development of AsstrA’s global positioning; - Development and implementation of creative promotion strategy (incl. promotion mix), for custom-ers and suppliers in first place; - Management of the promotion system (incl. global promotion plan); - To drive a variety of B2B promotion campaigns across focus regions to build awareness and create highly effective sales lead generation; - Press secretary functions for AsstrA’s top management; - Translation of positioning and USP to target markets; - Brand management, adaptation of the brand book to the positioning and control of the visual standard; - Provision of promotional materials for sales personnel (incl. product catalogue); - Promotion mix management (including advertising, digital marketing, event marketing, etc.); - Collaborate with channel partners to generate demand for our products with end-users in diverse markets; - Management of external and internal communication plan (PR). **Requirements**: - Creative thinking; - Marketing theory (including promotion mix), development and implementation of a marketing plan; - Digital marketing, SMM, SEO; - Knowledge of the market of advertisers, mass media, built network of contacts; - Communication and presentation skills; - Strategic management skills; - Financial management, planning and budgeting; - Analytical skills (what elements of the promotion mix will help increase ROI); - Proactive, emotional leadership; - Focus on results; - Teamwork, cross-functional interaction. **We are offering**: - Opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge due to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment (over 1300 employees, over 25 countries); - Competitive salary; - Professional adaptation thanks to the Mentorship Institute; - Internal and external training, participation in internal projects and contests; - Corporate training center (AsstrA focuses on continuous professional development of employees); - Referral program "Refer a friend”; - “Birthday party” - extra free day - Great atmosphere and open-minded team.
