**Job Description**:
This position will be responsible for administrations of processes related to Supply Chain Direct cost Logistics accounting guaranteeing data accuracy. It will cover month end accounting processes, data and process analysis to identify areas for improvement and working proactively with Logistics and Central Planning teams to improve the quality of data and query management.

Major/ Key Accountabilities:

- Manage tasks related to BlueYonder & SAP European transport management
- Logistics Database maintenance, tariffs validation
- Logistics costing process; pre-invoice & self-billing process
- BlueYonder Logistics query management
- Fiori voucher costing control and maintenance
- Logistic Scorecard management
- Vendors query management
- Logistics invoice management in Coupa
- Manual invoicing process for Direct costs
- Logistics GRNI ageing analysis
- Successful implementation Self-Billing process to new countries
- Ad-hoc analysis, modelling and projects as requested by the business
- Standardize and improve processes including those with the aim of reducing number of queries
- SAP Finance support for Logistic Projects
- Analysis related to Supply Chain cost accountability
- Council rates management
- Accounting entry preparation/Black Line
- Preparation and formulation of new reports
- Assessment cycle running and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- University degree in Economy/Finance/Business Administration.

**Experience**:

- Mandatory SAP CO related experience (not less than 24 months relevant experience).
- Accounting (IFRS and/or US GAAPs)
- Business analysis
- At least 2 years of working at European Teams.

Skills & Konwledge:

- BW and SAP (CO, COPA)
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Reliability, commitment and positive attitude
- Very strong analytical skills
- Focus on detail and data accuracy
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Access
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with Analysis for Excel
- Experience with JIRA.

Languages:

- Very fluent English (spoken and written)

Preferred Education

Degree and equivalent - Accounting, Degree and equivalent - Economics, Degree and equivalent - Finance

Preferred Level of Work Experience

1 - 3 years
