VITALA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our
marketing efforts and drive the strategic vision for our organization. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company.
- Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the marketing vision and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
3. Brand Management:
- Oversee and participate in the development and management of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation within the CRO industry and among target audiences.
- Manage the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, brochures, white papers, and case studies.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Optimize the company’s online presence and drive traffic to the website through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
4.1 Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company, business objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize online customer experiences and digital touchpoints.
4.2. Content and Campaign Management:
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
4.3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and benchmarks within the CRO industry.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, report, and provide insights on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
4.4. CRM: Lead Generation and Conversion:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective digital sales tools and marketing collateral.
Inbound Marketing (HubSpot, SalesForce, or similar).
4.5. Website and Digital Asset Management:
Oversee website management, ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging and optimized for search engines.
Manage digital assets and ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
UX / UI.
Ensure the company´s website and other digital properties provide a superior user experience.
4.6. Budget and Vendor Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with digital marketing partners.
4.7. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on achieving marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
- 5. Business Development & Lead Generation and Sales Support:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure a seamless and cohesive experience for potential clients from initial contact through the sales process.
- Assist the Business Development team and the CEO to search for and identify business opportunities that help the company expand, and encourage and strengthen business relationships that benefit the company's growth according to the guidelines outlined in the strategy.
6. Event Planning and Management:
- Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to promote the company’s services and engage with key stakeholders.
