**Years of experience needed - 5+ Years**
**(At least 5 years’ working experience in business analysis, project management skills being a plus)**
**Technical Skills**:
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis.
- Conduct data analysis to gain insights into business processes, performance, and trends.
- Identify opportunities to automate data analyses and streamline reporting.
- Leverage data science software like Python as well as analytics/visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI and Tableau to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Determine the most effective ways to visualize data, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Present the results and recommendations to the project team and contribute to the action plan for improvements.
- Be in contact with users, assess their feedback and propose path forwards on how to improve the possible solutions.
- Work independently, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to successful completion
**Certifications Needed**:
- Must be, at least, intermediate in Python.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Powerbi.
- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively and suggest original solutions to business.
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics or any relevant field;
- English proficiency
**Experience required includes**:
Experience in deploying ML and data science solutions.
Project management certifications: PMI, Agile
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
