Hitachi Energy Transformers is seeking a Digital Transformation Leader in the Manufacturing and Operations portfolio.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Identify & lead strategic initiatives for the shopfloor environment across the global manufacturing network.
- Drive implementation of key initiatives to ensure timely delivery and drive tangible business value.
- Translate complex technology to clear business value, securing buy-in from business stakeholders.
- Ensure that the projects/programs in the portfolio are properly organized, staffed, and delivered according to appropriate IT standards.

**Your Background**
- 5 years of experience in project management of complex global projects, including IT system integration.
- Experience with manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management.
- ITIL 4.0 Experience.
- SAP Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English in a global multicultural diverse environment.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and business travel up to 25%.
