What you’ll do & Who you are

People Operations is the one-stop-shop for every Adevintan where all People-related questions are answered through the right channel, with the right expertise and at the right time, providing a meaningful employee experience and enabling every Adevintan to focus on what matters for them and the business. People Operations is an engaging place to work, where all People Operations professionals do what they love and are loved for what they do, where everybody can learn and grow while delivering value-added services in a personal way and steering towards measurable impact. People Operations is made up out of the People Services Hub and Employee Relations and People Consultancy as well as other enabling functions such as Workplace Experience and Payroll. The People Services Hub functions as the first line of contact for employees and line managers. The Hub manages employee service requests, supports administrative and transactional activity and supports Business Partners and CoE initiatives. The Employee Relations and People Consultancy team sets both the global strategy and agenda around employee relations and also support any complex local employee relations issues or provide specialised local knowledge input as required. Our Employee Relations Framework aims to create a positive work environment that fosters mutual respect, trust and collaboration between us as an employer and our employees whether on an individual or a collective basis.

The Job

Key Responsibilities
- Translating the People Transition strategy into detailed People Transition approaches and methodologies
- Developing People Transition planning, maintaining RAID log and completing status reports
- Driving working sessions with key stakeholders to deliver People Transition plan
- Coordinating high/mid/detailed People Impact Assessment
- Assessing consultation requirements of People Impact Assessment
- Coordinating severance modelling as input to costing of the org design

Coordinating development of Works Council consultation/engagement docs Coordinating Works Council consultations/engagements
- Coordinating Global Talent Mobility process
- Developing key People Transition comms and support materials
- Coordinating with People Consultants on deployment activities

Who you are
- Experienced in working within a fast paced international company with ambitious growth goals

- Curious and dedicated - you’re quick to pick up new things, asking questions to help increase your knowledge and understanding
- Data-driven - you’re comfortable analysing data and understand the importance of data quality and accuracy

- Diplomatic and collaborative. An effective relationship builder who is able to share information in a way that is simple to follow and understand
- Exceptional written and spoken English. Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch and advantage
