At Typeform, the Data team is making data our #1 asset. And we know how important that is— our product helps people collect information in the best way possible, by making it conversational.

As a Data Analyst at Typeform, you will join one of our analytics teams focusing on marketing or product analytics. Your mission will be critical to enable Typeform success, as you will allow stakeholders to measure and understand business and product performance. Another aspect of your work will be to help understand and improve the experience for thousands of Typeform's customers and millions of form respondents. You will work with the Core Analytics, Data Platform, and Data Science teams on scalable analytics solutions.

**About the Role**:

- Here's what you'll do:_
- Define, own, document metrics to track our performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support the goals of the business.
- Work with the Financial Performance & Analysis team to monitor and explain the performance of the company, communicate and investigate unexpected changes in metrics and trends.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests, and drive adoption of experimentation best practices.
- Partner with the Data Platform team to determine new tracking requirements, and integrate the required data sources and tools.
- Partner with the Data Science teams on exploratory deep-dives and advanced analytics
- Communicate the results of your analyses to non-data stakeholders at various levels, from team leads to senior leadership
- Extract and query data from our data lake and data warehouse using SQL.
- Collaborate, learn, share, and brainstorm with other members of the team.

**About You**:
Here's what we are after
- You have 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst
- You are proficient in building queries with SQL
- You have experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau or similar BI tool
- You have got experience with A/B test design and implementation
- You can create visualizations using common Python packages
- You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

And for some added bonus points to make us dribble:

- You've worked in SaaS company
- You have experience with pandas/koalas (Python packages, not animals ;) )
- You have experience with Databricks or similar cloud notebook platform
- You have experience with DBT and git
- Experience with AWS Redshift or other cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
