**Backup Engineer / Backup Operator (m/w/d) - Alicante / remote**:
**Your future adventures**:

- Planning, design and implementation of complex backup solutions for our SME and enterprise customers
- Pre-sales, support and consulting for our customers and further development of their backup infrastructure
- Technical support for our sales team in the development of backup projects for our customers
- Reactive and proactive troubleshooting using monitoring tools
- Support with migrations and expansion of the existing system landscape

Processing incidents and changes and working closely with other teams

**Your skills and experiences**:

- A degree or comparable qualification plus several years of good knowledge of backup solutions from:

- Veeam
- Commvault
- Veritas NetBacku
- Microsoft Azure Backup
- Relevant experience with tape libraries, immutable backups, disaster recovery strategies, cross-hypervisor migration, etc.
- Ideally basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage (Synology, QNAP), Microsoft Azure
- Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German to work in international projects and teams
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team as well as a structured and proactive way of working
