Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables for Supply Chain IT Projects

**Requirements**:

- +7 years of End To End Project Management experience with basic understanding of Supply Chain Domain - In depth understanding of any one of the following:

- Demand, Forecast & Replenishment Planning
- Inventory Planning and Optimization
- Sales and Operations Planning
- Integrated Business Planning
- Material Planning
- Warehouse Management
- Transport & Logistics Management
- Procurement Management
- Strong familiarity with project management software
- Microsoft Project [mpp]
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Any Agile Delivery Tools Like Atlassian/ JIRA etc
- Very strong understanding of SDLC and associated IT delivery models
- Experienced in IT Resource and Cost Management, Financial Performance Reporting etc - Resource Fulfilment, Monitoring & Tracking
- A team player with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity combined with solid analytical skills.
- Comfortable to have direct communication with Director Plus level of Client Stakeholders and the Firm
- It will be a Plus if played System Integrator Roles in recent engagements in multi-vendor environment
- Experience in managing distributed team working in onshore-offshore environment
- Open to work in an international environment, abroad if needed for short-term engagements
- Certifications in APICS, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince 2 etc;??[Any one]

**Duties**:

- Directly report into client Program Directors and manage overall project and program delivery with mínimal supervision from firm
- Define project scope and deliverables that supports business goals in collaboration with executive management
- Develop detailed project plans and integrated schedule comprising of different work stream deliverables/ activities
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion;??
- Communicate with client IT & Business stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Work with different product vendors and maintain a healthy relationship.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers;?
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path;
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
- Track project milestones and deliverables;?
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
- Issue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas;
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans;
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.?
- Conduct project “lessons learned” meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements;
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
