Tree-Nation is SaaS scale-up success story allowing more than 13,000 companies to plant trees through our intuitive technology.

Our SaaS platform has both B2B and B2C capabilities as it tackles deforestation.

We are currently in growth mode to x2 our turnover each year and have already planted over **27,000,000** (and counting) trees around the world.

This position is for our office in sunny Barcelona, Spain.

**Your list of responsibilities will include**
- Assist the UX team with research, design, and testing tasks.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software interfaces. Use design software and tools to produce high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, meet project requirements, and align with business goals.
- Iterate and improve: Continuously iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders, and keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in UX design.
- Document design decisions and processes, and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously learn and develop design skills and knowledge, and actively seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers.

**Job requirements**
- Native/Outstanding English.
- Fluency in any other language is a bonus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or InVision. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools like Axure, Balsamiq, and Justinmind may be required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with colleagues from different departments, and articulate design concepts and solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to notice inconsistencies and errors in designs and interactions.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and improve.
- Exceptionally resourceful, flexible and willing to tackle any challenge with their mind.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
- At ease in a moving start-up environment.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Strong environmental values.
