Digital Marketing Lead

Location: You can join us either in one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Barcelona or remotely in one of the 11 countries where we have a legal entity**

As a **Regional Digital Marketing Lead (Maternity Cover)** you are part of a highly talented and motivated team that is the spearhead of all of the Digital Marketing initiatives across multiple FREE NOW markets. Work closely with a team of Digital Marketing Managers, Marketing Analytics and the local marketing teams in creating, implementing and optimizing the best Digital Marketing strategy to deliver sustainable growth for the global business.

**What you love doing**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Managers
- Close collaboration with leading colleagues in the Digital Marketing department
- Prioritization of projects and (re)allocation of team resources
- Cascade down higher level company objectives and key results to operational level
- Develop and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy across several markets
- Coordinate cluster specific Digital Marketing activities with colleagues from the Local Marketing, Marketplace Performance and Marketing Analytics team
- Manage, monitor and be accountable for regional Digital Marketing performance and budgets
- Plan and execute strategic and innovative Digital Marketing related projects
- Keep up with and implement Digital Marketing and mobility related trends

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in leading and developing a small team of Digital Marketing Managers while ensuring a consistent degree of goal achievement
- An exceptional understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem across all channels
- 3+ years of professional experience in the mobile advertising industry
- Analytical mindset, lateral thinking and experience in solving highly challenging problems
- Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A team
- & result-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for constant change and challenges
