At Factorial we're looking for a** Video content creator and editor** for the** UK Market **to help us take the company to the next level.
**Are you ready for the challenge?**
**What will you be doing?**
**The Role**
- Helping to establish video content strategy
- Directing and filming videos
- Editing the videos in accordance with the Factorial brand
- Work collaboratively with different teams such as content, marketing, sales, design, PR and product to create compelling ideas for content
- Making awesome, engaging content for our website, YouTube channel and other social media channels

**Your Profile**
- Speak fluent **English**
- **Love **creating films, videos, video shorts
- Have a passion for storytelling, marketing, filming and editing and the ability to turn technical concepts into captivating videos
- Be excited to lead video projects from start to finish
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to switch projects based on prioritization of assignments
- Be Social Media savvy and familiar with YouTube, TikTok, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook etc. and what types of content work best in each
- Have the ability to work both independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively within a team
- Have excellent communication and organizational abilities
