SGS&Co is looking for a Project Manager to be the first point of contact for the Client’s Marketing teams as coordinator of packaging/e-commerce development projects.
The PM needs to be a graphic chain expert and knowledgeable in the execution of packaging in compliance with the applicable standards, guidelines, and printer specifications.
The job requires a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and dedication to standardization.
The PM will work with multiple stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and team members. Effective oral and written communication and collaboration skills are essential.
They need to be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while safeguarding that each step of the process is completed correctly and on time.
The job requires specialized tools and software, which requires additional training and expertise. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is important.
Mission:

- Oversee the daily coordination of production: manage workflows, summarize the information received from the customer, brief production teams, follow up on the quality of the production, and guarantee that deadlines are met.
- Be the point of contact for specialized support: participate in technical meetings (launch of the range, contact with the printers, etc.), press passing, and being the technical referent for proof management.

The PM will be accountable for:

- assuring compliance with SGS&Co's and the client's processes,
- detecting anomalies within the files and alerting the appropriate stakeholders,
- coordinating the artwork production between our team and clients,
- the development and execution of packaging ranges,
- ensuring the deadlines are met, checking the progress with production, and managing and coordinating the project. Responsible for on-time & on-quality delivery.
- providing the client and production team with clear visibility of the timings and global roadmap,
- performing quality control,
- maintaining and developing SGS&Co’s relationship with the Client.

Requirements:

- Possess very good technical skills, excellent knowledge of the graphic chain and packaging (artwork and reprography), printing processes (offset, flexo, rotogravure), proofing, and color management.
- Able to answer all artwork, pre-press & print queries. Experience in the delivery of all packaging artwork to print.
- Fluent in English and Spanish - Professional or Native
- Knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You like working on a team and have good interpersonal skills.
- You are organized, rigorous, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack
